A long road ahead in fight against climate change

Various countries around the world are still challenged with taking action to ensure that carbon emissions are reduced in an effort to curb the threats of climate change.

702's Azania Mosaka on Wednesday spoke to Daily Maverick writer, Simon Allison, and futurist trend analyst, Graeme Codrington, regarding the issue.

Listen to the interview below:

The Syrian war has entered its fifth year, and many analysts point to climate as one of the driving factors of that war.

Simon Allison, Daily Maverick writer

...The world is a fragile place and climate is a huge part of that fragility. We know this to be true, it is not a surprise.

Graeme Codrington, future trend analyst
