It is that time of the year where the previous year’s goals are reviewed and resolutions for the new year are set.

New year's resolutions are a list of decisions made in order to accomplish a personal goal.

According to Dr Helgo Schomer, setting goals means you will have some clarity and progress.

All of human behaviour gets done by goal-setting. Things get done because we treat what we want to do as goals that need to be accomplished.
