Motivational speakers and life coaches often talk about living a balanced life or eating a balanced meal. In essence what does it really mean to live a balance life?
"Balanced" describes a feeling of being in control of multiple responsibilities as well as the sense that several important areas of one's life are not being neglected in favour of only a few.
