5 tell-tale signs it’s time to fire the CEO

The Institute of Directors in Southern Africa says CEO tenure is one of the trickiest governance questions faced by boards.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Parmi Natesan, Executive for the Centre for Corporate Governance at the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa.

Natesan shared five warning signs for directors to identify the right time to change their Chief Executive.
