Although you sweat across your skin to lose temperature, the sweating is not gonna be greatly affected by the thing you're swimming through. If you're in water then it's not gonna make a huge amount of difference. So, therefore, I would argue probably it would make a very little difference to your body composition whether or not you swim in the sea.
