ETC pursues e-toll defaulters with summons

Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) is resorting to stringent measures to recoup money from e-toll defaulters, including issuing summons.

Xolani Gwala on Monday spoke to ETC chief operations officer Mark Ridgway about the legality of the summons.
