Every parent need to prepare their minds to the fact that the world of work is going to look very different in the next 10 to 15 year from now. This is according to Parenting Expert Nikki Bush.

Bush says that we have to think broader when trying to prepare children for future work because most companies are now looking beyond University degrees and looking for young people with right traits that will enable them to adapt as the world changes.
