How Govt is trying to return land to those dispossessed by the Native Lands Act

The Native Lands Act of 1913 outlawed the founding of new farms, sharecropping or cash rentals by black people outside of the reserves where they were forced to live.

"Land restitution" aims to reverse the effects of this law.
