The Friday Stand-In 2016

What crazy, funny Ndumiso Ngcobo looks forward to as Friday Stand-In

Ndumiso Ngcobo an author and columnist. One of his best known books is ‘Some of My Best Friends Are White.’ You may recognize him from his weekly column in the Sunday Times.

Ndumiso spent the first decade of his working life as a Mathematics and Science teacher, research and development specialist and technical consultant in the food manufacturing industry.

Having worked at Kaya FM and East Coast Radio briefly, Ndumiso is no stranger to radio. In the video below, his former colleague at Kaya FM, Tshego Modisane (702's current Traffic Presenter) spoke about Ndumiso. Tshego calls Ndumiso a 'loose cannon' and hope he will bring his craziness to the Friday Stand-in slot.

702's Azania calls Ndumiso a 'deep well of knowledge' and weighs in on what she looks forward to hearing from Ndumiso as Friday Stand-in.

Watch the video below:

Ndumiso spoke to Redi Tlhabi earlier this week about what he most looks forward to as Friday's host of the Redi Tlhabi Show.

I love conversations and talking to people. I really look forward to the open line… you never know which kind of people will call in and the kinds of conversations you’ll have.

Ndumiso Ngcobo, author and Sunday Times columnist
