Twitterville 'captures' #Guptagate... in a movie title

Twitter always manages to poke fun at the political and economic instability in South Africa. Satirical tweets appeared in a steady stream as a response to the alleged influence of the Gupta family on the President, government officials and cabinet ministers.

President Jacob Zuma is expected in Parliament today for a question and answer session with MPs to give clarity to the allegations of the Gupta family's influence on Cabinet appointments. This will take place from 14:00 today.
