Parents must stop complaining, and train kids from an early age

The book is talking about adults and parents today who go around complaining that our children are not well brought up.

I condemn the fact of blaming our children for the attitudes that children are putting up.

Victorine Mbong Shu calls on parents to sit down and scrutinise what they themselves are doing wrong that is empowering our children to behave badly.

She believes that parents will to much power to their children.

As soon as we are pregnant we are preparing our children's future before they are born.

And when they are born, we start teaching them what we want them to be. In the process we are knowingly willing them the power of an adult when they are still children...and the first thing we give our child is the power of decision making.

Victoria says we allow them as babies to have too many choices.

I have four children. I have never let them decide on meals.

She says we live in a world where parents are forever on the run. But she believes that if parents negotiate with their kids at a very early age then it becomes easier later on. If they are trained from the time they are babies, she says, it becomes very easy.
