EFF Commander in Chief, Julius Malema, said that the Constitutional Court ruling that the Public Protector's findings are binding marks a historical moment in SA history.
The unanimous ruling stated that the National Assembly's failure to hold President Jacob Zuma to account for his non-security upgrades at his Nkandla home was unlawful.
