Tsenoli: Secret ballot unlikely for tomorrow's debate

Last week, the Constitutional Court ruled that Zuma did not uphold and defend the Constitution of the country. It also ruled that members of Parliament also violated the Constitution and their oath of office by failing to hold Zuma accountable regarding the spending on his private compound in Nkandla.

Following this, the Democratic Alliance (DA) has pushed forward a bid to have members of parliament vote in a motion of no confidence. The debate has been set for tomorrow afternoon.

Xolani Gwala spoke to Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Lechesa Tsenoli about the procedure for impeachment voting and the secret ballot option.
