The Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO) has revealed that MTN is the most complained about company in its Annual Report for 2015/2016.
The ombudsman holds a record of 613 complaints by the mobile network’s consumers between March 2015 and February 2016.
Embattled MTN was followed by the JD Group and Vodacom.
The ombud also says complaints about other networks only reflect until July due to the network providers’ refusal to work with the CGSO.
