Allister Coetzee, newly-appoint Springboks coach

This is the right time. I've learnt a lot, I have grown as a coach and as a human being. I got a new perspective of how they [Japan] see us as a country.

Allister Coetzee, newly-appointed Springboks coach

We are in a unique position as South Africa. I see it as a massive challenge for us as South Africans.

Allister Coetzee, newly-appointed Springboks coach

Coetzee is seasoned rugby player and coach. He will be leaving the Kobe Steelers in Japan for the top job in world rugby.

I am concerned if we don't change our mindset, I am concerned if we don't change our approach to coaching the young players in our country.
