The Nelson Mandela Foundation presents "Mandela: An Audio History", an audio documentary on the struggle against apartheid through the intimate accounts of Nelson Mandela, as well as those who fought with him, and against him.

This audio documentary is narrated by Madiba's good friend Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu.

We tried to accept the reality that we may, in fact, spend years in prison. But we believed very strongly that we would not die in jail. We would return. But we stayed there for 27 years.

This 5 part series is recognised as one of the most comprehensive oral histories of apartheid ever broadcast. Featuring:
