Stephen Grootes asked Kodwa if he as spokesperson, and the ANC as a whole, are still proud of Jacob Zuma as the leader of the ANC.

Kodwa refused to answer, reiterating there is no charge against Zuma.

President Zuma remains the president of the African National Congress.

EWN's Barry Bateman said the judge today was highly critical of Mokatedi Mpshe, questioning why Mpshe did not investigate Leonard McCarthys conduct and did an inexplicable about turn and withdrawing the charges against Zuma in April 2009.

The Judge asked why was Mpshe so hasty in making his decision?

The question being asked now is whether this judgement means the charges against Zuma will be reinstated. Bateman said that there is a precedent set in the Richard Mdluli case and that in legal terms Zuma is now an accused.
