The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Members of Parliament says President Jacob Zuma should not be allowed to address the nation after two significant court rulings against him.
Ahead of the Presidency's budget vote in parliament, EFF members objected to procedural motions, insisting on the issues being put to a vote.
The speaker, Baleka Mbete then ordered the members to leave the House.
Refusing to leave the House, EFF members stood on their feet and chanted, '"he has broken his oath of office".
They were then forcefully removed from the chamber.
After the Constitutional Court's ruling on Nkandla, EFF Commander In Chief, Julius Malema made a pledge that he will never allow the President to address the nation.
