The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) says it has received a formal complaint against Judge Mabel Jansen.
Advocate Dumisa Ntsebeza, JSC spokesperson told Xolani Gwala that Vuyani Ngalwana SC, has filed a complaint IN his personal capacity and as the Chairman of Advocates for Transformation's Johannesburg branch.

Chief Justice and Judge Jansen have had conversation, I'm not in a position to say at whose instance that conversation took place, but we've been advised as the spokesperson that both of them have agreed on a process to be followed to ask the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services for the Judge to be placed on long leave.
