Are you in love or is it lust?

Dr Cathy Angus, Clinical Psychologist, says the first thing that attracts us to another person is the chemistry.

According to a science-based study by Arthur Arun, on average, the mind of a person takes between 90 seconds to 4 minutes to determine whether it is struck by love or not.

Angus admits that you need a lot more than chemistry for a long-term relationship to last.

Lust changes quickly in long term relationships. If it [the relationship] falls apart quickly then you fell in lust and not in love.
