We placed an advert on gumtree where we took in a total intake of close to 60 interns. We took them in two batches because we had to train them.

Phillip Arnold, Alteram Solution CEO

The Department of Water and Sanitation wanted to go live due to the water crisis at the time. We employed 15 full-time call center agents.

Phillip Arnold, Alteram Solution CEO

The interns start at R4000 a month, we feed them and give then a travel allowance... The salary range for call centre agents is between R5000 a month to R16000, depending on experience.

Phillip Arnold, Alteram Solution CEO

There will be a disciplinary hearing. We have no issue with him wanting more money but he said the DWS placed an advert which is not true.
