Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? Perhaps not

It is not uncommon for people to skip breakfast each the morning because of busy schedules, a lack of time or simply because of preference.

More research is emerging which suggests that breakfast is not as important of a meal as it has been made out to be.

Speaking to Gugs Mhlungu on #NightTalk, Mayuri Bhawan, dietician at Nutritional Solutions, says that individuals should simply eat well when they are hungry.
