Ngqulana also says they are setting the record straight because this 'toxic narrative' comes at a critical period for South Africa's economy.
There are some allegations that the president and the minister of finance have a relationship of conflict and they are fighting over the control of the National Treasury. Let's remember Xolani that the president is the executive authority of the public, therefore he controls all the departments, including the National Treasury.
