Why would you not vote for the African National Congress (ANC) in the 2016 local government elections looming ahead?

South Africans expressed their views on the issue, Redi Tlhabi which will also pose the same question for the Democratic Alliance (DA), the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and smaller opposition parties over the following days.
