How Naspers – a once tiny Afrikaans publisher - became a R1 trillion company

Naspers’s market capitalisation climbed above R1 trillion on Tuesday.

This came on the back of record gains of by Chinese WeChat messaging app developer Tencent, of which Naspers owns 34%.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Paul Theron, MD of Vestact.

Theron spoke about the history and growth of this South African giant.
