Cinema Nouveau releases two new must-watch movies

This week at Cinema Nouveau we have a sensuous thriller starring Tilda Swinton and Ralph Fiennes, and a college movie by acclaimed Boyhood director Richard Linklater.

A Bigger Splash

The dynamite duo of Tilda Swinton and Ralph Fiennes lead Luca Guadagnino’s A Bigger Splash, based on the 1969 film La Piscine.

Rock star Marianne (Swinton) and her partner Paul (Matthias Schoenaerts) are holidaying on the idyllic island of Pantelleria, Italy, while she recovers from surgery on her vocal chords. Their blissful break is disrupted by the unexpected arrival of record producer and old friend Henry (Fiennes), and his newly-found adult daughter (Dakota Johnson). Things quickly take a turn, and the high-profile couple’s holiday becomes a dangerous game of jealousy, passion and intrigue.

Don’t miss the incredible performances in A Bigger Splash ¬ book your seats now.

Everybody Wants Some!!

Richard Linklater characterised youth culture in the 1970s with the free-wheeling Dazed and Confused, before he swung back to childhood with his Oscar-nominated Boyhood.

Now, Linklater characterises the 1980s in Everybody Wants Some!!, following a group of college baseball players as they adjust to the freedoms and responsibilities of life without parental supervision.

Book today for this critically acclaimed comedy:
