Sihle Zikalala says the reshuffle was done to ensure that ANC decisions would be implemented within government.

ANC KZN chairperson, Sihle Zikalala, says the cabinet reshuffle in KwaZulu-Natal was done to ensure that ANC decisions are implemented within government.

He says ANC's decisions should be taken 'with immediate effect and with no interpretation'.
