How to exercise your brain to retain as much information as possible

It is possible to use more of your brain to achieve better results in tests, exams and other daily tasks.

This is according to professional mentalist Michael Abrahamson, who created Powerbrain, a service committed to help people to realise the power of their brain.

For over 20 years, Abrahamson has been coaching people on how to use one's brain to the best of their abilities, in all areas of life.

He has also applied his methods in his work as a broadcaster and sports commentator.

Abrahamson joined #NightTalk's Gugs Mhlungu in studio to speak about how one can better unlock their brain's potential.

Listen to the conversation below:

Abrahamson does not believe people can forget information. He is of the view that all information is locked away in their brains.

Solving Rubik's Cube is also a good exercise for the brain. In the video below, Abrahamson gives tips to the #NightTalk team on how he solves Rubik's Cube in under 25 seconds.
