Dr Nokwethemba Mtshali-Hadebe is the youngest hospital CEO in South Africa and has expressed how much she loves her job.

At 31, she has made a name for herself amongst her peers as a go getter with both beauty and brains.

Her MBA has given her the much needed managerial expertise to lead her hospital of 767 employees.

Inga Gubeka, is the founder and CEO of the Indalo Décor in Cape Town.

Gubeka says most of his clients are from Europe.
