EWN understands that some SABC staffers in Johannesburg were allegedly prohibited from joining the picket outside their offices, Gia Nicolaides reports.

Two pickets are taking place outside the SABC's offices, both in Cape Town and Johannesburg today.

Journalists have shown support for their SABC colleagues, who are demanding an end to censorship and dictatorial leadership at the public broadcaster.
