The 2016 Vodacom Durban July takes place at Greyville Racecourse on Saturday 2 July and this year's theme is "Leader of the Pack".
Celebrities and socialites are expected to put their best food forward and step out in style to watch the annual race horse event.
Fashion writer Mahlatse James says he predicts that varieties of "aerial yellow" garments will make an appearance on the racecourse, and smaller brimmed hats.
Mahlatse anticipates whole lot of "personal edits" and independent styling.

— Mahlatse James, fashion writer
He says that there is no shortage of creative inspiration, with local high end retailers and online stores right on track.
