Stanley Beckett, author and life coach, says changing your thinking is the most difficult thing to do but it can be done.

Beckett is part of the Late Night Talk Fellwoship Programme which is about people who are struggling to get jobs.

He maintains that people need to be aware of the factors that hamper one to change their mindset.

If you could go back in time, 15 years ago, what would you say to yourself? People spend their time thinking about what they should do and what they could do… you should start today.

Stanley Beckett, author and life coach.

Beckett has urged job seekers to focus on the way they present themselves on social media.

He added that it’s important to alter your CV and cover letter to suit the job description.
