Stanley Beckett, author and life coach, says changing your thinking is the most difficult thing to do but it can be done.

Beckett is part of the Late Night Talk Fellwoship Programme which is about people who are struggling to get jobs.

He maintains that people need to be aware of the factors that hamper one to change their mindset.
