Poor service delivery means reduced quality of life says study

A survey by the SA Institute of Race Relations (SAIRR) has revealed a link between basic service delivery and the quality of life for the general public.

The Comfort and Deprivation Index attempts to find a consensus on levels of comfort and discomfort based on local government performances across various municipalities.
