Free-to-play mobile gaming app Pokémon Go has launched on devices across the world and is the latest digital craze.
Pokémon Go has surpassed several mobile apps, and has reportedly been installed more times after a week than, popular dating app, Tinder in five years.
The app is a GPS- based augmented reality game which uses a cellphone camera to catch virtual Pokémon characters that appear in the users surrounding.
You walk around your neighbourhoods, parks, shopping centres and Pokémon appear on the screen and you throw Poké balls to catch them.

Gaming and tech journalist, Marco Cocomello explains that the objective of the game is to gain a library of characters to hunt.
Gamers are able to join factions and compete against each other in public arenas.
