Cold front takes hold as temperatures drop

With a couple of weeks left until Spring breaks, South Africans will have to brave cold and wet days ahead as temperatures drop.

Rain is expected across various provinces, with maximum temperatures dropping to middle and late teens over the next few days.

702's John Robbie got the latest updates on what to expect from weather forecaster from Simon Gear.

Motorists have been alerted to drive cautiously on the road to avoid accidents.
