Four former security branch accused of murdering MK courier case postponed

The case against the four former security branch members accused of murdering Umkhonto we Sizwe courier Nokuthula Simelane has been postponed to September.

Willem Coetzee, Anton Pretorius, Frederick Mong and Msebenzi Radebe are struggling to raise funds for their defence, after Saps dismissed the legal assistance request they made.

One of the accused, Rabede has also made a separate application seeking the court to disclose Section B and C of the docket to the defence.
