Gauteng has been hardest hit by the petrol strike as Ceppwawu members downed tools three weeks ago.
Sapia's (S A Petroleum Industry Association) spokesperson Abafani Tshifularo said they have managed to clear areas that were no go zones as a result of the strike, with the help of police.
We have managed to catch up on supply of fuel from depots to fuel stations.— Abafani Tshifularo, Sapia
We don't have a full staff compliment... this is more evident in Gauteng and where certain grades of fuel are not available, motorists will get 93 instead of 95.— Abafani Tshifularo, Sapia
The strike resolution is in the hands of the National Petroleum Employers Association representing our interests and they are best placed to find a solution with the unions.— Abafani Tshifularo, Sapia
