Eskom, ICASA, fuel sector and possibly MTN all hit by strike season

Labour consultant and former CCMA director, Nerine Khan, says we're officially in strike season.

Factors contributing to this are the state of the economy, workers are making demands as they are feeling the pinch of price increases, petrol costs and are trying to pass this onto their employers.

Certain services are essential and based on those essentials, the right to strike is limited if it affects life, limb and state entities.
