People born after 1980 are having less sex than other generations

According to Dr Eve, a recent study done in America showed that millennials (people born after 1980) are having less sex than other generation in the last 60 years. Younger people are adopting a change in lifestyle and values.

Dr Eve has looked into the research and discovered the same trend has been found to be true in other countries like the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

The study found that technology is contributing to people dating less. People are becoming reluctant to look for suitable partners because they are relying on online dating which also has fewer options to chose from.

You have to date and meet somebody to be able to be sexual with them, so the dropping in dating has created less sexual frequency. People are kind of angry and very self conscious about how they have to present themselves, which is just the physical appearance...

Dr Eve, clinical sexologist

On any dating site the first thing you look for is the physicality and if somebody is feeling self conscious, they make less opportunity to be meeting. They making less effort to be dating because they don't want to be judged on their physical appearance at all

Dr Eve, clinical sexologist

Another discovery is that people spend so much time on electronics, some even take their phones to bed which are a distraction from being sexual.

This is an interesting new trend in why we are inhabited and not interested in being sexual is because we are competing with technology and with time ...
