Activists and opposition parties have emerged victorious after Zimbabwe's high court ruled the two-week ban on protests illegal.
The ruling is seen as a victory for justice, especially after President Robert Mugabe and the ruling party (Zanu-PF) criticised the judges for being reckless in hearing the matter.
Southern Africa editor of Africa Report, Crystal Orderson, spoke to 702's John Robbie about the issue.
