Tshwane Mayor Solly Msimanga says he will make sure that all those who have been involved in corruption are held to account.
Msimanga has laid criminal charges against three senior officials from the City's previous administration who were involved in the mayoral house renovations.
He says he is not currently staying in the mayoral house because it is not in a good state.
According to Msimanga the African National Congress started a forensic investigation in March last year, and a final report was issued in November.
Now the question is when the final report was issued, why was it never actioned on because the recommendations are very clear in that report. And the people that are fingered in there have been left alone.— Solly Msimanga, Tshwane Mayor
Msimanga says Tshwane's finances are not in a good state.
