Humphrey Maxegwana: SABC board has been making illegal decisions

Chairperson of Parliament Portfolio Committee on Communications, Humphrey Maxegwana, says they will now write to the Speaker and request an inquiry.

The SABC board cannot continue to operate until Parliament decides on what needs to be done following the resignation of Krish Naidoo and Vusi Mavuso.

SABC board faced a grilling by the Parliament’s communications portfolio committee on communications over the state of affairs with regard to its new group executive for corporate affairs, Hlaudi Motsoeneng.
