Former Body Beat TV host Dr Phil Joffe catches up with Afternoon Drive team

It seems if you don't know Good Morning South Africa breakfast show you don't know one of South Africa's biggest and longest television programmes.

Many remember the show for its tense and helpful exercises, and of course the host, Dr Phil Joffe.

Dr Phil Joffe presented the show for ten years, from 1989- 1998.

He says exercise is still a big part of his life. He instructs 3-4 classes a day at various Virgin Active Clubs around Durban.

Dr Phil Joffe also provides workshops and talks on wellness and fitness.
