Many remember the show for its tense and helpful exercises, and of course the host, Dr Phil Joffe.
Dr Phil Joffe presented the show for ten years, from 1989- 1998.
He says exercise is still a big part of his life. He instructs 3-4 classes a day at various Virgin Active Clubs around Durban.
Dr Phil Joffe also provides workshops and talks on wellness and fitness.
