Pravin Gordhan says no confidence in NPA boss

Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan is not taking the National Director of Public Prosecutions Shaun Abrahams up on the offer to have a discussion around reviewing the charge.

Gordhan's lawyer Tebogo Malatji says this was exactly what they had asked for prior to the decision being taken to charge Gordhan.

On any version of the facts there can never have been an intention on the part of the minister to defraud.
