What kind of job hopping can you get away with?

Millennials have a different perspective towards employment, which often leads to them job hopping. They value quality of life outside of the workplace.

However, employers are also faced with a challenge of retaining staff and meeting the company's business interests to avoid high staff turnover.

702's Azania Mosaka spoke to owner of Emakhosini Management, Valerie Makhosazana Wolmarans, regarding the changing approach to the job landscape.

She advises employees to ensure that their salary packages are market-related before accepting offers and to find avenues for growth within their companies.
