Wits students kick Habib out of Wits Peace Accord meeting

The presence of Wits University Vice Chancellor Prof. Adam Habib has angered a lot of students in at Wits Peace Accord meeting at the Holy Trinity Church near main campus in Braamfontein.

According to EWN reporter Thando Kubheka, students were screaming and shouting demanding Habib to leave the meeting.

The meeting includes former general secretary of Cosatu Jay Naidoo, former National Assembly Speaker Max Sisulu and CEO of the Nelson Mandela Foundation Sello Hatang.

It's a very important meeting to try and find peace and stability at Wits University.
