400g Puff pastry
6 Frankfurters or sausage of your choice
Mustard or tomato
Slice pastry lengthways into thin strips.
Wrap strips around each sausage to create the appearance of bandages. Make sure you leave a little gap for the ‘face’.
Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden.
Use mustard or tomato sauce to create a pair of eyes.
