2 Packets (80g each) green jelly
20 Jelly snakes (about 2 packets, 125g each)
3 Tbsp (45ml) sherbet (homemade or store bought), optional
Prepare jelly according to the packaged instructions.
Add the sherbet if desired. (See below)
Pop 2-3 jelly snakes into each cup.
Pour jelly into the cups
Set jelly in fridge.
To make the homemade sherbet
Mix ½ cup (125ml) icing sugar with 1 Tbsp (15ml) cream of tartar.
