Nanny and her two cousins arrested for kidnapping Soweto toddler

Police confirmed in a media briefing that the 14-month-old toddler Siya Mlambo who was kidnapped on Tuesday, has been found.

The baby was snatched by two men who took him during a robbery when his mother arrived home from work.

Commander for Soweto West, Major General Fred Kekana, says the baby was found in Newcastle after they received information that the child was there.

Kekana says Siya's nanny and two people related to her have been arrested. He says the other suspect is still on the run.

The two suspects gave the child a new name and a new father, of which is one of the suspects.
