Who is Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi?

Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi formed part of the EFF legal team arguing for the state capture report to be released in the North Gauteng High Court.

Ngcukaitobi read his undergraduate studies at the University of Transkei on a bursary, as he was unable to afford the costs. He then did his LLB at Rhodes University.

The 38-year-old's sharp legal mind stole the show during the court battle with well-thought out legal arguments and his knowledge on the merits of the case. He caused a stir on social media.
